Renew Classic Car and Motorcycle Parts

If you have an old car, motorcycle, or boat part you can no longer buy, I can cast it for you. Using your old part as a pattern, I can reproduce the part for you. I don't do any machining on the parts. You will receive a raw casting with all sprue work removed and cleaned. In many cases parts will need to be machined and drilled to your specifications. I can do this for you or you can opt to do this yourself. Note: Aluminum castings shrink approximately 2% while cooling. These won't be high precision parts. However, with machining they can be.


How does it work?

1. Contact me using the form on this page.

1. Attach images of your parts. Be sure to include all sides of the part, image is in focus, and use highest resolution possible.
2. CAD and CNC Service-  If you don't have the part, I may be able to reconstruct a similar part using old images and specifications from you. You can also customize your parts to your needs. 
3. I will review your request and get back to you with an estimate within 1-2 business days.
4. You will then send me your part for casting.
5. I return your old part and your new casting.
6. All is well.
